How does your pricing work?+

Every project gets everything in writing first — what we're building, what it costs, and how it's broken out by step. You see the numbers before any money changes hands. No hourly billing on renovation work.

What's always included on every job?+

Permits pulled and inspections scheduled. Daily site cleanup. Everything in writing before any money changes hands. Clean paperwork on every payment — no surprise bills from subs or suppliers. We walk the finished job with you and fix anything you flag before the final invoice. One year of coverage on our workmanship; manufacturer warranties pass through on installed product.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Karrh Industries LLC dba Karrh Construction. Registered with the Texas Residential Construction Liaison Agency (RCLA). General liability and workers' comp on file. Certificates available on request.

How fast can you start?+

Small jobs (Home Services, smart home, single-room work) can often start within a couple of weeks. Bigger renovations and remodels schedule out further depending on permits and material lead times. Emergency or hardship requests — call.

What does the process look like?+

Walk-through → everything in writing → estimate → signed agreement → build → final walk-through with you → close-out. The plan is in writing before any deposit. If anything changes mid-job, we write it up, price it, and you sign off before we touch it.

Do you handle permits?+

Yes. Permitted work gets permitted. We pull, schedule the inspections, and close them out. Permit fees are spelled out in the written plan up front.

Do you take a deposit?+

Yes — a job-start deposit, then payments along the way tied to written milestones. Final payment after we walk the finished job with you and fix anything you flag. No balloon payments, no surprise charges.

Can you work with my designer or architect?+

Yes. We're comfortable executing other people's plans and we're comfortable building from scratch. Tell us which lane you're in.

Do you do commercial work?+

No. Residential only. Single-family homes, townhomes, condos.
